เราเดินทางจากสัตหีบ มุ่งหน้าสู่หาดแม่รำพึง ระยอง ใช้เวลาประมาณหนึ่งชั่วโมงนิด ๆ มีเพื่อนอยู่ที่นั่น นัดเพื่อนไปพบกันที่รีสอร์ท ป้าโอ้ทโทรจองไว้แล้วตั้งแต่เมื่อวาน เสริจหาเห็นภาพบ้านทรงไทย ป้าโอ้ทชอบ ซึ่งเพื่อนป้าโอ้ทได้หาที่พักไว้ให้ ราคาไม่ต่างจากที่ป้าโอ้ทจอง แต่เพราะภาพสวยถูกใจป้าโอ้ทเลือกที่นี่

We left Sattaheep and headed to Mae Rampueng beach, Rayong. I reserved a resort by phone last night. A friend of mine will come and meet us at the resort.

We bought fresh pineapple which selling on our way to Rayong

ถึงแล้วจ้ารีสอร์ทริมทะเล เดินข้ามถนนไปก็ถึงทะเล ริมทะเลมีร้านอาหารของรีสอร์ทด้วย
บ้านน้อยสองห้องนอนเล็ก ๆ หนึ่งห้องน้ำรวม ราคา 600 บาทต่อคืน
เพื่อนบอกที่นี่เปลียนชื่อ คงเป็นเจ้าของ
ภายในพออยู่ได้ ฝุ่นเยอะไปนิด ป้าโอ้ทเดาว่า น่าจะเปลียนเจ้าของไม่นาน ยังทำความสะอาดไม่ดี

Here we were. Resort close to the beach as a little walk.
There was a restaurant at the beach area where was resort own.

The tiny Thai style house with 2 bedrooms air condition, one bath, TV, and refrigerators each room.
My friend said that this resort name changed. It might be sold to a new owner.
The room was OK but a lot of dust at the TV shelf.

For overall, I like the place as there were many trees and felt like home.

Our friend came with stream corn and sweet rice in bamboo.

She sells them and made sweet rice in bamboo.

She also brought Thai custard cake which called ” Khanom Krog” in Thai.

I have not eaten this for many years

Dinner at “Pha Ya seafood (aunty Ya seafood)”, by the beach. All fresh seafood dishes, hot and spicy.

กลางคืนไปตลาด หาของหวานกินกัน ป้าโอ้ทเห็นบัวลอยรีบเร่เข้าไป

เพื่อนบอกร้านไหนอร่อย ป้าโอ้ทเข้าไปร้านนั้น ในบริเวณเดียวกันมีขายหลายร้าน

ซื้อผลไม้และผัดไทยฝากพ่อด้วย เพื่อนตั้งใจซื้อผัดไทยเจ้าอร่อย แต่คืนนี้ไม่มาขาย

We went to street market at night.

7 โมงเช้า ไปเล่นน้ำทะเลกันจ้า ปกติเที่ยวที่อเมริกาจะลงทะเลกันตอนเช้าแบบนี้

คนเยอะเต็มหาด แต่ที่นี่ไม่มีใครเลย นอกจากแม่ค้า

พ่อค้าที่เริ่มเปิดร้าน กางเก้าอี้ชายหาด

My husband and I were swimming on the next morning at 7am.

I think because it was too early for other people that good as we stayed in a private beach.

ป้าโอ้ทไม่ได้เห็นเก้าอี้ และ ร่มชายหาดแบบนี้ตั้งแต่อยู่อเมริกา เพราะที่อเมริกาไม่มีแบบนี้นะคะ

นักท่องเที่ยวต้องเตรียมไปเอง ส่วนมากจะใช้ผ้าขนหนูชายหาดปูนั่ง นอน หรือเก้าอี้พับหิ้วกันไปเอง

เพราะไม่มีลริการ จะมีบ้าง(จากประสบการณ์ ที่ไมอามี่) เป็นส่วนของโรงแรมที่อยู่บริเวณหาดจัดไว้บริการเฉพาะแขกของโรงแรม แต่บางแห่งต้องเสียเงินเช่า

ครั้งนึงป้าโอ้ทเอาเต้นท์ครึ่งเสี้ยวไปกางด้วยล่ะ ตอนไปทะเลแอตแลนติคซิตี้ แมรี่แลนด์

I missed these beach chairs and umbrellas which I have not seen in the USA.

What I knew is everyone in the USA carries their own chairs, towels, tents…etc.

Once, we were in Miami, beach chairs provided by the hotel where we stayed no charge for

the guests. However, another trip at Myrtle Beach, the beach chair available for rent.

ป้าโอ้ทเช่าห่วงยางลงไปเล่นน้ำทะเลย 50 บาท

I rented a black donut ring which was the inside truck tire swim in the beach 50 bath each.

เราเล่นน้ำทะเลกันชั่วโมงกว่า ขึ้นจากน้ำ เตรียมตัวไปกันต่อ เพื่อนจะพาไปร้านกาแฟทุ่งนา

We were swimming about an hour and get back to get ready for the next destination.

Our friend will take us to “Na Cafe” coffee shop.

น้องหมาตัวนี้มาที่บ้านหลังที่เรานอนตั้งแต่เมื่อคืน ป้าโอ้ทเอาขนมปังให้น้องหมากิน

เช้านี้มานอนอยู่ที่เดิม

This dog came to us since last night we got here and stayed around. I fed him/her food.

วังสวนผักกาด Suan Pakkad Palace

ในที่สุดป้าโอ้ทก็ได้มาวังสวนผักกาด หลังจากที่คิดจะมานานมาก

ป้าโอ้ทรู้จักที่นี่ตั้งแต่เรียนรามฯ โน้น เดินทางไปเอยูเอราชประสงค์อยู่ สอง สามปี ผ่านทุกวัน แต่ไม่มีโอกาสแวะสักที ครั้งนี้ไม่พลาด ออกจากโรงแรมเก้าโมงเช้า นั่งรถตู้ขึ้นทางด่วนจากแจ้งวัฒนะ ลงอนุสาวรีย์ชัยฯ เดินต่อกันมานิด 2-3 กิโลเมตร แต่ถ้าไม่อยากเดินก็นั่งบีทีเอส ลงสถานีพญาไท เดินเข้าถนนศรีอยุธยานิดนึงก็ถึง บัตรคนไทย 50 บาท ชาวต่างชาติ 100 บาท ณ วันนี้ เจ้าหน้าที่เปิดล็อกเกอร์เก็บของ อนุญาตให้เอากล้อง และโทรศัพท์ติดตัวได้ระหว่างเที่ยว ชมภายในบริเวณ ห้ามถ่ายรูปภายใน ถ่ายได้เฉพาะด้านนอก ทางสถานที่ให้พัดน้อยเป็นที่ระลึกด้วย มิสเตอร์โบกตลอดเวลาเพราะอากาศค่อนข้างร้อน ดีที่ต้นไม้ในสถานที่เยอะทำให้ลดร้อนได้บ้าง

ขึ้นชมบ้านไทยทุกหลังต้องถอดรองเท้า บางหลังมีถุงให้ใส่รองเท้าหิ้วไปด้วย

สำหรับใครที่ไม่ชอบของเก่า บ้านโบราณ คงไม่ชอบที่นี่ น่าจะเบื่อด้วย แต่ใครที่สนใจแวะมาแป้บเดียวก็ดีนะ จากนั้นเดิน หรือ นั่งรถเมล์ ตุ๊ก ตุ๊ก แท๊กซี่ แล้วแต่สะดวกต่อไปนิดถึงประตูน้ำ ช้อปปิ้งใช้เงินได้สบายใจนักช้อปจ้า

I had been living in Bangkok for many years and travel passed by this place also very day when I was a college student, but I did not have a chance to visit. It is on Phayathai road where Phayathai BTS station is the nearest and takes a bit walk to get here. On that day, we stayed at Changwattana road so we took a taxi van on the Express-way, got off at Victory monument and walked for few miles. The houses are old which some house not allowed to touch on the art because of delicate and also could not take photos and video inside.

I like the place very much as I felt like home. Finally, I have been here.

นอนแพร่หนึ่งคืน A night at Phrae

คืนนี้เรานอนกันที่อำเภอร้องกวาง จังหวัดแพร่ น้องชายป้าโอ้ทเรียนที่มหาวิทยาลัยแม่โจ้ แพร่ เรามารับไปเที่ยวปีใหม่ด้วยกัน น้องชายจองโรงแรมที่ดีที่สุดในละแวกนี้ น้องบอก ราคาคืนละ 500 บาทเฉพาะค่าห้อง ไม่มีอาหารเช้า เป็นโรงแรมเล็ก ๆ แวะพักชั่วคราวแบบเร่งด่วน โรงแรมติดตลาด มีร้านขายของ มีธนาคาร เราออกไปหาของกินกันได้ง่าย ในโรงแรมมีร้านกาแฟเล็ก ๆ หนึ่งร้าน ดูวิดิโอป้าโอ้ทนะคะ

ป้าโอ้ทมีเรื่องเล่าขำ ขำ และ หลอนนิด ๆ พร้อมหรือยังค่ะ …

เข้าห้องพัก มิสเตอร์เปิดทีวี ปรับทีวีอยู่พักใหญ่ ไม่สำเร็จ

มิสเตอร์บอกว่า ไออ่านภาษาไทยไม่ออก ป้าโอ้ทจัดการเปลียนภาษาให้

ปรับอีกพักใหญ่ ก็ยังไม่สำเร็จ ไม่มีภาพ ไม่มีอะไร นอกจากเม็ด ๆ เต็มจอ

ส่วนป้าโอ้ทเอง พยายามหา มองรอบห้อง ทุกมุมที่นึกได้ หาพาสเวิร์ดล็อกอิน หาไม่เจอ

สรุป ป้าโอ้ทบอกมิสเตอร์จะเดินไปถามน้องที่เค้าน์เตอร์ ขณะนั้นเกือบตีหนึ่งแล้ว

ป้าโอ้ทเดินไปเปิดประตู เข้าไปที่เค้าน์เตอร์ตอนเช็คอิน ซึ่งมืดตื้อ ไม่เห็นใครสักคน

ป้าโอ้ทเดินไปใกล้ ๆ ยังไม่มีใคร แล้วน้องผู้ชายคนเดิมก็โผล่พรวดออกมา หน้าตา

เข้มประหนึ่ง ถูกลากออกมาจากผวังฝัน ป้าโอ้ทขอพาสเวิร์ดอินเตอร์เนตน้อง เพราะ

หาดูทั่วในห้องแล้วไม่เจอ น้องบอกอยู่ข้างตู้เสื้อผ้า ป้าโอ้ทขอบใจน้องแล้วรีบจ้ำอ้าวกลับห้อง

มิสเตอร์ถาม : “ยูบอกฮีให้มาดูทีวีด้วยป่าว”

ป้าโอ้ท : ” ป่าว ไอถามพาสเวิร์ด แล้วรีบเผ่น ฮีน่ากลัวมากเลย เนี่ยฮีบอกอยู่แถวตู้เสื้อผ้า

ไอหาทั่วแล้วไม่เห็นมี ไอจะไปอีกรอบ ไปด้วยกัน”

สองคนเดินไปที่เคาน์เตอร์อีกรอบ คราวนี้ป้าโอ้ทเห็นว่าน้องนอนอยู่ที่ซอกข้างเค้าน์เตอร์

ป้าโอ้ท : น้อง พี่ขอรบกวนอีกรอบนะ ( แจ้งเรื่องทีวี และหาพาสเวิร์ดไม่เจอ)

พนักงาน : มองหน้าป้าโอ้ทกับมิสเตอร์ แบบหาเรื่อง มากวนเวลาคนจะนอนแล้วตอบว่า

” ห้องไหนเพ่ เดี๋ยวผมไปดูให้ แล้วจะจดพาสเวิร์ดให้”

ป้าโอ้ทแจ้งห้อง แล้วน้องก็เดิมจ้ำพรวด ๆ นำหน้าเราไป

เมื่อถึงห้อง น้องไม่พูด ไม่จา ปรับทีวีเสร็จ บอกอธิบาย กดปุ่มนี้ ตรงนี้ แล้วจดรหัสอินเตอร์เนตให้

จากนั้น เดินออกจากห้องไปไม่ ร่ำลา

มิสเตอร์ : ไอว่าฮีเมายา (แล้วมิสเตอร์ก็หัวเราะ)

ป้าโอ้ท : ไอก็ว่างั้นแหละ

Tonight we stopped at Phrae to pick up my brother joining our trip. He is a 3rd-year undergraduate student at Maejo University, Phrae. He told us that the hotel we stayed was the best one in the area and the price was reasonable as 500 baht a night no breakfast. There was a coffee shop in the hotel which I like its interior.

In the next morning, we walked around looking for a place to have breakfast. The hotel location was not bad. There were a local fresh market, a bank, and a local food restaurant by walking to the main road. Look at my video.

I had a funny story to tell. It was funny for us but may not for you. Are you ready?

After we got in the room, Mister turn on TV and something wrong which cause the TV did not work as it should. He was trying to figure it out but he could not. I asked him and fixed his problem as I changed the language from Thai to English for him. However, the TV still did not get to any channel.

I was looking for a WiFi password which it should place in the room somewhere but I could not see anywhere. I decided to walk back to the check-in counter. I open the big door and get in the area where was dark. It was about 1 am. I could not see anybody and suddenly the boy jumped from somewhere. He scared me! He looked upset and mad but still asked me if I needed anything.

I asked him for WiFi password and he told me,”It is on the closet’s side”. I thanked him and ran.

Mister asked me if I told him to fix TV. No, I did not. How did I want to ask him more as his face looked mad. I looked through the closet many times. Mister helped me looked at other places which we thought it might be there but nothing.

I walked back to the boy again with Mister. This time, I knew where he was. I woke him up and told him what we wanted. He asked with cold voice, ” What is your room number?”.

He walked fast headed to the room before us. OMG! I ran to get to the room before him and open the door.

He fixed the TV without saying words until it worked and told how to control the remote quickly than I could catch. I told him to tell Mister again. He wrote WiFi password for me and left us quietly.

Mister laughed and said ,” I think he hived”

Me : What hived?

Mister: drug.

Me : I think so.
