Deep fry mush room with ranch dipping sauce. I really like this dish.

แซลมอน โปะหน้าเบคอน กับ ผักต้ม ของป้าโอ้ทเอง อร่อยจ้า กินไม่เหลือ

Salmon Bourbon Bacon with veggetables, my dish. I ate all.

สเต็ก กับ ลอปสเตอร์ ผักอบเนย ของมิสเตอร์ เกลี้ยงเหมือนกัน

Steak and Lobster tail with brocolli-cheese, mister’s dish. He ate all too.

ตลกดีภาพนี้ ป้าโอ้ทเพิ่งใช้กล้องตัวใหม่ตั้งเวลาถ่ายครั้งแรก ไม่รู้จังหวะ กดเวลาผิด วิ่งไม่ทัน

It was funny when I saw this picture. I just used the new camera timing the first time.

I did not know how to set the time yet so I picked the time too fast which I could not run on time.

Meow “a friend who practices English with me”

She is Thai as same as me. She joined my group sometime in 2015 and continue practice by talking and reading. She have been consistency practice for 2 years until she understood and clearly noticed her weak. She did what I told even sometimes she did not understand my point and disagree.Currently, her English is good enough but she still maintaining her practicing and also the new language ‘Spanish”. เช้านี้เราต้องรอน้องชายป้าโอ้ทสอบเสร็จราว ๆ เที่ยงถึงจะเริ่มเดินทางกัน น้องชายจะไปเที่ยวสุโขทัยด้วย ในขณะที่รอ เราแวะเที่ยวถ้ำผานางคอยกัน พ่อกะแม่คงมากันบ่อยแล้ว เพราะสองคนบอกจะรอข้างล่างไม่เดินขึ้นไปด้วย ไม่มีปัญหา สองคนลุย ดูอัลบัม
ทางเดินไม่ชัดมากนัก เป็นขั้นบันไดเดินง่าย แต่ต้องระวังลื่น ตอนเราไปถึงไม่มีนักท่องเที่ยวคนอื่น ป้าโอ้ทไม่รู้ว่าเพราะสถานที่ไม่เป็นที่รู้จัก หรือเพราะยังเช้าไป แต่แบบนี้ก็ดีป้าโอ้ทชอบ ไม่ต้องเบียดเสียด แย่งกันเดินเข้าถ้ำ ในถ้ำก็มืด อากาศหายใจน้อย
ระหว่างทางเจอพี่สาวคนนึง (จะเรียกป้านึกได้ว่าอายุตัวเองก็ป้าแล้ว… ฮ่าฮ่า) บอกว่าให้เดินไปจนสุดถ้ำ แล้วไม่ต้องย้อนกลับมา เดินทะลุออกไปได้เลย มีทางเดินกลับมา ป้าโอ้ทเชื่อพี่สาวคนนั้น ตอนแรกมิสเตอร์ไม่ยอม เพราะมีป้ายบอกไว้ให้เดินออกทางปากถ้ำ ป้าโอ้ทยืนยันว่าจะไปทางนี้ เพราะพี่สาวคนนั้นบอกมาว่าเดินออกได้ ในที่สุดมิสเตอร์ก็ตกลงเดินออกจากถ้ำทางก้นถ้ำ (เรียกแบบนี้ไหมน้อ)
เดินไปสักพัก ไม่เห็นวี่แววลานจอดรถ มีแต่ป่าทางลาดบ้าง เนินบ้าง มิสเตอร์บอกใช่ทางนี้แน่เหรอ ป้าโอ้ทบอกมิสเตอร์ให้เดินต่อไปอีกนิด เพราะตอนออกจากถ้ำเจอพี่สาวอีกคน ถามแน่แล้วว่าเดินถึงลานจอดรถได้ และในที่สุดก็ถึงจริงๆ เดินได้เหงื่อเหมือนกันนะ มิสเตอร์คนเดียวนะ ป้าโอ้ทเป็นมนุษย์ไม่มีเหงื่อ

We stopped at Nangkhoi cave while waiting for my brother who was in the examination room at the University to join our trip to Sukhothai. We were in Phrae.
We did a short hiking to the cave. There was a big stone contain the history of this place in Thai. Sorry, I do not remember all so I suggest, if you interested to know then search for it. I am not a good guide, haha.
On the day we were, not many tourists, only our group and another. It was because this place is not popular or too early, I do not know. However, I like that way as we no need to rush or race with others to get in the cave.
We met a lady who was raking the leaves along the trail. She told us that no need to walk back to the entrance when we got in the cave. There was the sign presented at the end told tourists to walk back to the entrance but I believed the lady. We walk out the cave at the end way and found a hut and a woman. I asked her if we could walk down to the parking and YES.

11 มกราคม 2561เพื่อนสาวพาเรามาดื่มกาแฟมื้อเช้าที่”นาคาเฟ่” ร้านกาแฟสไตล์ลอฟท์ (ป้าโอ้ทเข้าใจถูกไหมไม่แน่ใจ แต่ดูลักษณะร้านเข้าข่ายอยู่นะ) เป็นร้านเล็ก ๆ สร้างด้วยปูน (มั้ง) ไม่ทาสี มีระเบียงต่อออกมาที่นาข้าว มีสะพานให้เดินออกไปถ่ายรูป เสียดายวันที่เราไปเกี่ยวข้าวไปหมดแล้ว ไม่งั้นเราคงได้ภาพทุ่งนาเขียวขจีมาฝาก มีวุ้นดอกไม้ขายด้ว  คลิกดูอัลบัม

สำหรับคนที่ไม่ดื่มกาแฟอย่างป้าโอ้ท ทางร้านมีนมเย็น นมไข่มุก ชา อร่อยชื่นใจ

สำหรับคอกาแฟมีให้เลือกหลากหลาย ตามชอบ ป้าโอ้ทได้กลิ่นหอม กรุ่นตั้งแต่เปิดประตูเข้าร้าน

เพื่อนบอกว่าร้านแบบนี้มีอีกหลายร้าน แต่ป้าโอ้ทต้องกลับกรุงเทพฯ วันนี้แล้วไม่ได้แวะที่อื่น

It is a small coffee shop but cool at the rice field. The owner is smart to use the rice field as an attraction. It was pitty when we were there the field was not green.

The shop prepares variety coffee and tea to serve everyone. I smell coffee since opened the door.

I like the flower jelly very much.

ป้าโอ้ททำอาหาร ขนม ไม่เก่ง ทำไม่เป็น เคยมั่ว ๆ ทำ ดูยูทูป แต่ไม่เคยทำตามสูตร และ ส่วนผสมเพราะป้าโอ้ทไม่ชอบทำด้วยเป็นปัจจัยสำคัญ เมื่ออยากกินก็ใช้วิธีลัดแบบในวิดิโอนี่ล่ะคะ พอจะทำให้หายอยากกินไปได้Feb 15, 2018

I am not good at cooking and do not like to cook but I still cook. Many times I added ingredients together which invent tasty dishes as same as the one on my video.

โอ้ทเครียดบ้างไหม? ..Am I ever upset or stress?

เพื่อนๆ หลายคน ถามคำถามนี้ เพราะภาพโอ้ทที่เผยแพร่ร้อยทั้งร้อยเป็นหน้าตาสดใส ร่าเริง หัวเราะ บ๊องส์ ต๊องส์ สื่อถึงความสุข สนุกสนานตลอดเวลา

คำตอบคือ มีซิ โอ้ทก็เป็นมนุษย์คนหนึ่งที่มีต่อมความรู้สึกครบถ้วน แต่เมื่อเครียด เมื่อทุกข์ ภาพเหล่านี้จะเอาออกเผยแพร่ให้ชาวโลกทุกข์ไปด้วยทำไม แต่ละคนมีเรื่องเครียด เรื่องทุกข์มากพอแล้ว โอ้ทอยากแบ่งปันความสุข รอยยิ้มและหวังว่าภาพเหล่านั้นของโอ้ทจะทำให้ หลาย ๆ คน หรือบางคนมีรอยยิ้มบ้าง ดีกว่าเน่อะ อะไรที่ทำให้เศร้า เครียด ทุกข์ เก็บใส่ถุงดำไว้ เอาไว้คุยกับคนที่รู้ไส้รู้ตับเท่านั้นเพียงพอแล้วล่ะ ไม่ต้องถึงกับประกาศให้ชาวโลกรู้ เพราะไม่ใช่ชาวโลกทุกคนจะให้กำลังใจ แต่ยังมีชาวโลกอีกกลุ่มที่จะคอยสมน้ำหน้า คอยมองในทางลบ แล้วอีกอย่างสิ่งที่เป็นจุดด้อย โอ้ทจะเอามาบอกไต๋ให้คนอื่นรู้ทำไมล่ะ สู้นำเสนอสิ่งที่ดูแล้วน่าพิศมัยดีกว่านะจ่ะ จะบอกให้เด้….

ภาพตัวเองถ่ายได้ทุกวันไม่มีเบื่อ และยังถ่ายสิ่งต่าง ๆ รอบตัว ไปเรื่อยเฉื่อย เก็บวันเวลาเอาไว้ดู เมื่อเวลาผ่านไป ยังสามารถย้อนความรู้สึกในวันเวลาที่ผ่านไปแล้วเหล่านั้นกลับมาได้เสมอ เมื่อเรามองดูภาพ ๆ หนึ่ง ในภาพ ๆ นั้น มีความรู้สึกดี ๆ ซ่อนไว้ ให้ได้รับรู้และระลึกถึงเสมอ

Many friends of mine asked “if I ever upset or stress? because they always see my photos with a big smile and happy.

My answer is “YES” of course. I am a simple human who has emotional but I love to make people happy better than upset. Everyone has enough upset and stress on their own so if I can make them even little happy and smile I would love to.

Many friends of mine ask “are you never upset or stressed?” Because they always see photos of me wearing a big happy smile.

My upset or stress will keep or throughout to someone who knows me really well which not many people. I do not see the result why I could let world knew and upset with me and also I do not want to let anyone see my weakness.

I believe there are people with encouragement and negative thinking when I show my weak I must prepare to accept both feedback so the best just keep it with me and talk with just someone who knew me so well.

I hope my photos with smile and happy will make everyone who looks at them happy too. I love to make people happy.
I take photos of myself everyday never bored and also take photos of everything around. The photos tell something and also feeling. Everytime I look at the photos they tell stories and feeling which hidden in them.

I believe that there are people with encouragement or negative thinking and when I show my weakness I must be prepared to hear feedback from both, so I prefer to keep things to myself and talk with someone who knows me well.

I hope that photos of me happy and smiling will make people happy too! I love to make people happy!
